Fortified Hope Helps you cope…

Pretty much every packaged food today is fortified with essential vitamins and minerals. Whole Foods are full of them naturally. The soul of the earth is rich in minerals that help crops grow and be rich in nutrition. The best fields are allowed to lay fallow every so many years-giving them a season of rest so they can produce their best.

In America this practice isn’t done anymore. Our foods aren’t so nutrient dense as they used to be. Fruit is picked too early and don’t reach their potential in quality and sustainability. This is why I believe it is so important to supplement with quality vitamins and minerals. If we want to be our best, feel our best, perform our best we must care for ourselves and who best can do this?

Now ask yourself this–is your Hope fortified? Do you have Hope? Hope adds flavor to the soul and fortifies it with a measure of Joy that works like soap washing away cumbersome worries and cares. It gives us something to look forward to, to advance our steps and raise our gaze. Hope stokes the fire of the heart and soul causes us to dare to want more for ourselves, our lives and those around us.

How do you fortify Hope? Focus on the good (Phil. 4:6-7), be humble and gentle (Phil. 4:4), pray and give all your heart to God (1 Peter 5:7) and sing a song in your heart that rejoices your soul (Psalm 40:3).

Hope stokes and gives heart rise to Hope for better tomorrow’s. Fortify your Hope❤️ -Nicole

“The LORD delights in those who fear him, who put their hope in his unfailing love.” Psalm 147:11
